Been a repeat customer for the past year and a half, been happy with the service and product up until my past shipment. MTB-TN660 the 3-pack 1 of the 3 receive was empty when I opened fresh from the sealed box.... Now I'm rushing to replenish because I don't have a spare anymore to use...

I would have given 5, but I have recently had a few problems with the quality of your products. 1. The red box of cartridges I purchased - blacks were all good - colours all were not for my machine and did not fit until I took snips to them and cut them down to size - then one of the colours failed when half full. Will not be buying red box again. 2. Have used G&G for years - excellent value and no problems - till today - I installed a new yellow and it showed almost completely empty even though I had just then taken it out of its sealed pack. 3 You are my first stop for all my cartridge and toner purchases and other than above all have been perfect. 4. Can you do anything for me in respect of the above problems? RIchard ***@ecn.ab.ca

Upon check out I realized I did not have free shipping, I went back to add 1 to the order and the system kept adding 3 ... so I had to cancel and start again .... your system does not seem to subtract?
