I'm printing a copy of this order and notice that the "items you may like" were also printed. I don't need that on my order form and is a waste of my ink. I know marketing is important to any company, but maybe you can find a way to delete those items when I hit the print button.

Is there a 4.99 star? I'd have given a "5", but I was unable to find a 1/4" T.S. (mono) to XLR female microphone cable. I'm obviously satisfied with my experiences in dealing with Prime Cables and 123ink. I've not had occasion to deal with living.ca yet, but you can be assured that is where I'll go if/when I need their product.

Hi, i had orginally ordered a cartridge toner for my printer and i received a drum! how this happened i'm not sure because i did click on cartridge toner, this is why i am re doing a second purchase today, hopefully i will receive the cartridge this time.

Shipping FREE / NOT FREE ? not clear till lied at the cash at the end , and even then….. Navigating ( what to do next and how ? ) not always clear . Or am I suddenly becoming too old . By the way have you ever try to call your help or telephone line at 2 :00 am ? nice music until 4 :00 … ( I finally gave up ! ) sorry .
